Where is King of the Hammers?
King of The Hammers is a collection of off-road trails at Means Dry Lake in Johnson Valley, California. Who knows how they got their names, but trail names include everything from "Wrecking Ball," "Boulderdash," "Clawhammer," to "Big Johnson" and "Chocolate Thunder." While crowds from all over the US, and even overseas, come to take part in the King of The Hammers week - Johnson Valley and Hammertown is especially close to those living in Southern California.
