Take Your Jeep On Vacation at Jeep Beach 2024
If you are a die-hard Jeep enthusiast, then there is one beach destination that needs to be on your bucket list. We’re talking about Jeep Beach in Daytona Beach, Florida. Sure, there are plenty of Jeep-themed beach events held across the nation. However, none live up to the official Jeep Beach.
From driving on the historic shoreline to getting one-on-one with the industries top aftermarket parts manufacturers, Jeep Beach is more than just ducks and topless rigs on the sand. In fact, the event has grown so much, that it’s now jam-packed with actives throughout the entire week. For 2024, it’s running from April 19th to April 28th.
While we will give you our full event recap soon, in this article we’ll cover some of the reasons to make the journey and attend.
Tires On The Sand
NASCAR got its start on the shoreline of Daytona Beach, Florida, and you too can have your turn on the white sand. The nice part about cruising the beach is that’s it’s extremely hard packed. This means you don’t really need to worry about airing down. The main thing to check is the tide schedule so you don’t get stuck on the shoreline longer than you anticipated (or end up with the Atlantic Ocean splashing at your undercarriage).
Great Weather
Florida in the springtime has fantastic weather in this area. It’s hot enough to make going topless fun, but the humidity and heat isn’t as brutal as what you find in the summer months.
Aftermarket Support
Have a question about a part or want to see something in person before purchasing it? This is an ideal place to make that happen as many of the off-road industries top companies are on-hand to answer questions and even cut deals on parts. You can find many of them on the beach or at the Speedway.
Daytona International Speedway
Speaking of the Speedway, one of our favorite parts of this event is the fact that you can go inside the Daytona International Speedway. Here, you can do some fairly exciting activities as well as get face-to-face with industry leaders.
Obstacle Course
If you are looking to lock into four-wheel drive, there are a few opportunities to do so. While you can sign up for an off-site wheeling excursion, there’s also an opportunity to flex out your ring in front of thousands at the Speedway. Using the infield as an obstacle course, Jeep Beach creates multiple avenues for stock and extreme rigs to show off what they can do in a controlled setting.
Take A Ride
Thinking of upgrading your Jeep to a newer model? You can do something at Jeep Beach that isn’t an option at your typical Jeep dealership, experience how the vehicle performs off-road. From the king-of-all-Wranglers Rubicon 392 to the all-new Jeep Gladiator, there’s plenty of Jeeps to test and experts on-hand to answer in questions you may have.
Swag Rocks
Who doesn’t like free stuff? Jeep Beach is not only a great spot to buy new Jeep-themed goods, but if you get there early, you’ll likely end up with some killer swag for free. Stopping by places like the Nitto Tire booth can get you hooked up with sunglasses, bags, and all sorts of gear. Many of these freebies are also Jeep Beach exclusives.
Do It For The Jeeps
At the end of the day, Jeep Beach is a massive event with thousands of Jeep enthusiasts coming in from all over the nation. Any given restaurant parking lot looks like an impromptu car show, and you can spend hours just walking the infield of the Speedway looking at all of the builds.
