Shop Tour: Casey Currie Motorsports
Casey Currie has become a name synonymous with off-road racing. From short-course to King of the Hammers, Casey has proven himself in many different arenas of the sport. Now back-to-back class winner of the Baja 1000, Casey owes much of his success to the preparation and careful planning that goes into his race vehicles. Much of that preparation is done in his own shop in Corona, California, where Casey and his team tear down, inspect and reassemble his race cars before each competition. In addition to race prep, Casey Currie Motorsports also builds their own Jeeps using proprietary parts they've designed. We spent an afternoon at his shop to get a tour and to find out just what goes into preparing for a race as epic as the Baja 1000.
