Kustom From Japan: Cholo's Custom
Hisashi Ushida, better known as Cholo, started his well known lowrider shop over a decade ago. He honed his craft working at Paradise Road before opening up Cholo’s Custom. He focuses strictly on lowriders and his specialty is intricate lowrider style paint and pinstriping. One of the most radical lowrider kustoms from Japan in recent times is the 1962 Chevrolet Impala dubbed "Next Movie." Cholo, inspired by late 1970s-era lowriders created this lower-than-low lowrider that caught the attention of American enthusiasts as well. Like his former employer at Paradise Road, Cholo is also a member of Pharaohs Car Club and has a custom 1954 Chevrolet car called ‘Sphinx.’ cholos.xxxxxxxx.jp <---Not the easiest url to get right!
