Cars and Stars Collide at the GReddy Open House
GReddy USA has made a huge comeback in recent years, making strong alliances with Rocket Bunny, serving as pro drifter Ken Gushi's support crew and most recently spearheading a high profile Z build with Sung Kang for last year's SEMA Show. GReddy bounced back from near financial trouble and found their groove again, making more performance parts and recently launched a lifestyle clothing brand called Boost Brigade. Perhaps now's the time to celebrate, and they did so with the GReddy Open House, a day where SoCal enthusiasts could come walk through their doors, see other high profile industry partner builds on display and catch a few surprise cameo guest appearances.
Up front was the Mackin Industries with Evasive Motorsports' time attack-prepped GT-R, along with the current RAYS and Advan wheel designs on display.
GReddy finished up this E36 project recently, sporting the new Rocket Bunny/Pandem aero and Enkei/6666 mesh wheels.
A prototype Lexus LC 500 was parked towards the back but will be making a few rounds at local car meets/Cars & Coffee-type events if you didn't get a chance to see it up close.
Nitto-sponsored pro BMX rider Coco Zurita brought out his Rocket Bunny-kitted GT-R; we'll be working with him in the near future, so keep an eye out on our social media for the latest developments.
The latest Boost Brigade collection was also available for purchase inside GReddy's showroom, but you can purchase them easily on their website.
Fugu Z continues to be a big hit, and the car's owner, Sung Kang stopped by later in the day to hang with Coco and GReddy driver, Ken Gushi. (Photo: Coco Zurita)
