Road to Rennsport with MOMO and Magnus Walker

DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-01 Following the MOMO x Magnus Walker Signature Series steering wheel release party, Magnus Walker himself led a convoy of Rennsport Reunion V attendees the next morning from Los Angeles to Laguna Seca in the "Road to Rennsport" rally, sponsored, of course, by MOMO. This group of enthusiasts cruised in style, nearly 75 cars total, stopping at some famous California landmarks along the way. DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-02 DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-03 The Road to Rennsport rally kicked off from Magnus' garage in downtown Los Angeles and made its first stop at Willow Springs International Raceway, where drivers were allowed to do a few laps on the Streets of Willow course. DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-05 Next, the group found themselves at the James Dean Memorial. A haunting but fitting place for these Porsches of old and new to come and pay tribute. DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-07 What better way to spend the rest of the drive up than by taking California's highways and windy back roads? DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-08 DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-13 After arriving at Rennsport Reunion V at the Mazda Raceway, awards were given out to participants of the rally, including: Most Urban Outlaw Inspired, Most Sporty, Best Mid-Year 911, Best Late Year 911, Best Classic 911 and People's Choice. DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-10 DL-MOMO_RENN_JP-EDIT-15 The Road to Rennsport Rally is one way to properly introduce MOMO's Magnus Walker Signature Series steering wheel to the market...but would you have expected anything less? id 57495 (Photos and additional reporting by John Pangilinan)
